Science is the Magic of Man’s Outer Nature. Magic is the Science of Man’s Inner Nature. Philosophy is the study of Man’s emotional nature. Who does Man believe he is? What does Man believe his goals are? Where does Man find the initiative to achieve his goals? When does Man seek his initiatives? Why does Man care if his achieves his initiatives?
The simplest, and most obvious, example of this is pregnancy. Birth is the most fundamental science of Man’s outer nature. However, that science was created by the generational magic of Man’s curiosity. We have no specific evidence of when and where the first tribal clan discovered the natural laws of pregnancy.
Alpha, the largest male in the tribe, is stressed after hunting a mammoth, and bringing food back to the clan. He chooses Beta to have sex with. Under tribal rules, it does not matter whether she has any choice in this matter. The natural act takes about five minutes. It is over. Alpha goes to his personal corner, and falls asleep. Beta goes back to her regular chores, which would include gathering vegetables and fruits, caring for previous children, aiding elderly members, etc. Three months later, her belly begins to show signs of another child. Six months later, Beta gives birth.
For our discussion, there is no romance, criminal laws, or social morality implied, either in the acts, or the results. The question for us is - how many generations of repetitious behavior past before someone stopped to think about “how” it works. The most probable conclusion is - an elderly woman, and I don’t mean elderly as 35 yrs of age, I mean one who superseded the expectations, and lived into her 50s or 60s. One who lived long enough to have time to watch the clan, study the members, see the patterns, then ask the question. How many times did she have to watch the pattern before even she realized that Alpha touched Beta, Beta got pregnancy, and the child, Gamma, was the result…making Alpha the father.
